We naturally progressed into tourism 10 years ago and consistently received requests for a Cookery School. Almost simultaneously a private reserve at Addo Elephant Park invited us to train their staff and do a little food styling. Sharing years of knowledge with a receptive audience, coupled with the thrill of riding to work on an elephant instead of the London underground, unforgettable. The teaching passion was fuelled!
